At OPC Ltd we own and maintain all our own plant and machinery, we can tailor what is required for each and every job, whether it's our 1ton, 3 ton or 6ton dumpers or 1.7ton, 5ton or 8ton excavators we have the machines for each and every occasion.
Our team will excavate and pour your concrete foundations according to your architect's drawings and the specifications provided by the structural engineers. We handle everything from the initial setting out and building control inspections prior to pouring, right through to the installation of the beam and block floor, ensuring all the aspects of your project run smoothly and on time.
As of January 1st, 2020, new legislation made it illegal to discharge foul water from your property into old water treatment systems or watercourses. If you’re not connected to mains sewage and own an outdated cesspit or basic septic tank, these systems no longer meet the new regulations. If you currently own or are considering purchasing a property with an antiquated system, it will require an upgrade.
At Oval Park Construction, we provide and install cutting-edge water treatment plant solutions, each system is tailored to meet your specific needs. All our water treatment plant systems are installed in accordance with the current EA Binding Rules and LA Building Control regulations.

For your peace of mind, here at OPC Ltd, we are Marshalls Approved Installers - your new driveway will come with a 10 year warranty on all Marshalls installed products (terms apply). When it comes to renewing your driveway, the key aspect lies in the groundworks - at Oval Park Construction we always utilize a minimum of 150mm of compacted MOT Type 1, with a 50mm laying course on top, to ensure a solid foundation for the laying of 50/60mm blocks.
Permeable driveways are another solution and are now nearly always required for new build properties - this helps the environment through reducing run off which contributes to flooding. The aggregate depths required under a permeable driveway are calculated by our structural engineer depending on ground conditions etc.
